    JBL 2427H Issue

Many years since I've visited this site, but I've now got a JBL question. Never mind, think I figured it out.

That sounds really odd. Do you just have the one? What horn is on it?

Thanks for trying to help. Yes, I have two drivers. They are on a Parts Express 10" round wave guide. I posted here hoping for comments like, "just disassemble the driver, blow the junk out of the gap, and it should sing again." Or, "that's a known failure of the suspension, get a new diaphragm and you should be good to go." Alas, further testing indicated there would be no such easy answer. Hey, a guy can hope, right?

    Again, thanks.

I am interested in what you found out. That is an issue I have not run across yet.
