I always try to line up the driver centerlines. It makes sense to offset the drivers so they don't have the same dimension from center to baffle edge.

If the operating range of the driver is set up so the spacing from driver center to edge spacing is well below the wavelength at crossover does it matter??

Will 1/2 and 1/4 wavelength spacing at crossover cause audible issues that can be avoided by just a simple offset.
