    WMTW system

I would like to here some opinions on a system configured in this fashion

the tweeter and mid range center axis would be position on the center between the two woofers

the system consists of two 12 inch 5inch mid and
    1 inch tweeter Lsr components

cross over points would be around 500 hz and 2500 hz

the tweeter would have a wave guide

it would be an active system controlled with a digital crossover and 3 way amplification

YOu will need to experiment with the crossover frequency and the slope, for the off axis response with this configuration will be a little difficult. It would actually be better if the mid and tweeter were side by side, reducing the distance between the woofers and having the mid the same distance between them. Mirror image the set and the tweeter would be off center on both, another + for imaging and response.
Why buy used when you can build your own?
