    L-100 bargain?

One of my coworkers just called me on his cell phone. He was at a thrift shop and found a pair of JBL L100's for $55. In good condition no less. The tweeters do have some dents on them, but supposedly they sounded good on the shelf. I thought it was a pretty good deal. They've got to blow away the modern Fisher POS's he has now.

If this is the case, tell him to buy 'em. Even if he hates them, he can probably make back 5X his money on Ebay selling them, if they indeed do work properly and look pretty good!

    Regards,
    Gordon.
