What about a subwoofer?

A friend of mine just bought a pair of subwoofer towers. They sound really great, and have (with EQ) a flat response down to 16Hz in his room. No boom, just dry and precise bass

The drivers are Beyma 12" with Nd motor, and 4" single voicecoil.

That looks like a serious, serious subwoofer system!

So I presume the woofers have separeted chambers .
Very strong motor, the whole TSP set might be interesting.

Yes they have separate closed cabinets. The cabs are small, and heavy EQ is used to get them to go deep.

I'm in the process of getting a Crown I-tech 6000 for him to drive them. The ICE based amplifier supplied with the system doesn't manage to controll them very good.
