    What in the HLA are These

    More repair goodies that are in the shop.

    Pair of JBL-HLA subs from the late 1980s.

    Trap boxs loaded with 2-2242 speakers.Fiberglass construction,48" hi 30" deep flyable with the integeral "space frame".

    As I remember them they were pretty potent.Now I"ll get a chance to test them.

    Oldmics, you sure these are late 80,s vintage? I remember the HLA series coming out in the 90,s.

    It was the mid 90s.

    My recent birthday and advancing old age is to blame.

    Or perhaps-Just stupidity Time certainly is flying by.

    Its cool. I just remember the HLA around 95, I figured it was a typo anyway!
