    Hey all music lovers

    Dear readers,

    Im a DIYer and build me a RCF{RCF is italian manuf altec} set and no a friend loand me a couple of bullet tweeters,my Q is does some one knows what type these are becouse they complete my set in sound.
    The only thing we know is that they have ampanolic drivers woven inside.
    So no alu nor metal ! Want to buy these but without any numbers or madebrands on it,its hard ,there altecs for sure!
    So please if you know what type of tweeter it is or have a set let me know !

    The speaker on photo is:
    RCF 17inc woofer 75 watts
    RCF tweeter with horn 110db
    160 ltr BR box port is ajustable in opening
    1e order filter 1 C and a coil and some Res for tweeter
    Bullet has 2 Cs 0.47uf par

    Hi Bullet,

    the driver on your pictures is the JBL 2402, or 075

    there's no phenolic ( ampanolic....alcoholic) diaphragma available for this driver. Only the aluminium, or from some aftermarkets as titanium dia.

    There are some different versions:
    - 2402 = Alnico magnet (early type)
    - 2402A = Alnico magnet
    - 2402H = Ferrite magnet (the bigger one)
    - 075 = Alnico magnet

    btw: this driver is called "bullet tweeter"

    Tnx a lot it helps to try to get them!

    BTW the dia that is in the ones i use are the same material as an old photo negative but than woven as a dia and it sounds ....................
