argh i went the wrong way

My dad and i went thrifting this evening after supper. I went towards the electronics and he headed for the furniture and misc section. WEll i find nothing and he come smilling back with a pair of L88 plus's.

The cabniets are beat and one tweeter has a nice rip and dented cap. The woofers are both great and the sound nice. The cabs have an interesting midrange block off plate. It doesnt seem jbl esque.

I guess he gets to make some money and im left here with my measly stash.

That speaker was a version of the L88 designed to be expandable into a three-way equivalent of the L100 with a midrange and crossover change kit available from JBL.
