Yes, they do appear to be very nice. I was interested in them
since I am close to Toronto. However, they were bid up to
somewhere arround US $1500 by zero feedback bidders and
now seem to be relisted without explanation. What the heck is
going on at ebay???

Maybe the buyer failed to complete the transaction. email the seller - they are usually forthcoming when that is the case (particularly when the seller has 147 nearly 100% positive feedback).

the auction was canceled early and then restarted. Driving the
price up does cross one's mind, but gee, that obviously??

They were at 3 days I think when I looked at them last night. That was the first listing it was at about 100.00 then.

I seem to recall those sold on ebay last fall. The seller was in the baltimore area and i think they sold in the 600 -700 dollar range.
They needed foams and looks like they got them. My guess is someone might of tried to cut a deal outside of ebay and then backed out???

thinking about it, I remember that they were bid up by the zero
feedback bidders to around USD 1500 and Reserve was still not met. Probably the bidder(s) just wanted to find out the reserve.
If it is at or above $1500 US, that sure seems expensive. I would
have thought $1200 or thereabouts would have been reasonable.
Am I way off?? What is a good guess/estimate for these considering that the refoaming appears to have nicely done etc
