    Maybe going beryllium

    Hello all you technical dudes

I'm currently bidding on a pair of 2435HPL compression drivers on Ebay.

If i win, what horn would you recomend to use it with, and what crosover points? Is the Aquaplas treatment necsessary for a good result?

Will it be possible to use it as midrange for my L65's, using the 126A woofer and the 077 tweeter on top?

    Best regards Tim

    Ok.

How much worse will it be without the coating? In wich freq. range will it be most audible?

    Ok.

Now i have gotten a deal on a pair of 2435's. Now i would love som thoughts about the system im considering. I got all drivers.

I was thinking of using JBL Power1222 up to a few hundred Hz. 200 maybe (Sealed box)

126A from there to 1khz (sealed box)

    2345HP from 1khz to 7khz

077 slot tweeter from 7khz and uppwards.

Am i totally of the track? This will be my first serious speakerproject so any input is appreciated.

    Best regards Tim
