That will work but I think it is 70 degrees??? Which leaves you with a 30 degee angle on your cabinet edge?

Picured looks like a 22.5 degree chamfer bit.
Rich,
Looks great! You have a fantastic match with your veneer and your walnut stock edge. Was this luck? or accomplished with stains?
Did you recess your port tubes from the back of the baffle or are they flush mount? Everything has a nice clean look!
Hi blog ,
I spent more time on these than the 4345's. I learned a lot from my first project. I have thought about re-doing the 45's......someday ! It's nice to come home to wood. A completly different zone to welding stainless.
I changed the back edge to protect the veneer also.

Excellent work! I am sure that they will sound as good as they look. Interesting glue, I think I will give it a shot next time.

Hi folks,
the 4333a are up and running. They sound good and will sound pretty amazing once everything is burned in a bit more.
I must thank everyone for their help and support. With a very special mention to Guido. As always, his work is flawless. He doesnt mix soldering and drinking anymore
these are for sale at the right price , to the right buyer. PM me for details.

'Really nice! 'Wish I had a real workshop myself, instead of the garage and moving stuff around just to cut wood...

Hi Rich,
Beautiful work and such a dual pair!! The 4345's look like they've got the horn ready to go trolling for unsuspecting passersby's and then "SNAP" and reel them in via the port!
Obvious you have lavished a lot of time and effort and care to rebuilding these. I only wish I could do half as good a job on mine eventually.
Someone will be lucky to get these.
regards,
Bart
When faced with another JBL find, Good mech986 says , JBL Fan mech986 says
It's great to work with you!
Congratulations.
