    JBL SR4715A box use?

I removed the 2 2226H's out of that sub box b/c I never thought it sounded right with those woffers. Now I have this box that I have no idea what to do with. Does JBL have another woffer that is more of a subwoffer than the 2226H that would sound nicely in this box. I hate to leave this perfectly good box go unused. Or if its worth something to someone I may let it go. Its in good shave other than the carpet is dirty and needs a cleaning.

Not looking to do anything really with it. Just had it laying around now and was looking for a project if it was worth anything. But I hated how the 2226Hs sounded in there. Maybe I will make a dual D130 center channel. I have a few of those layin around..lol

All of these SR carpeted boxes rattle and buzz so much!

I have some 4718 single 18 boxes that are as loose as a cabbage crate.

Put some deck screws in it. Load it back up, and use for low-mids.
200 - 800hz. Then into your 2" driver horns up tp 10K, then into your bullets.

I have a club also, and am finding the right combination.

I just got done repairing some SR4733 and 4719 boxes for a guy, that had been dropped and completely mis- and over handled.

He just needs a better braced cabinet.

Thanks for the info, yes that box has been beat to hell. It is no longer used in a club setting, and the drivers are now being used for another project. I think I will strip that carpet off it though, and hold on to the box for something.

    Question:

    Are the grills available?
