    Cool!

    Looks like a Garrard.

". . . as you have no doubt noticed, no one told the 4345 that it can't work correctly so it does anyway."—Greg Timbers

ummmm, yeah. Great eye. The platter says "precision crafted by Garrard for KLH ". Bearings still tight and smooth. I spun the platter by hand and it kept going quite a while.

model is Rc-3 . this is the only thing I can find on it. ==>> http://forums.stevehoffman.tv/thread...l-rc-3.440913/

    biked down to "Grab-o-Rama" today

    .
walked in and friend had this in his cart. Said he "take all the records I collected this morning,
the amp is going to eat all my funds"
. I was happy to oblige.

At $.69 a pound, I think it was a bit under $30. I'd have gambled on it too.

Did drag home some nice LP's tho ...

(didn't realize that Ray had a big rectangular hole in his head )

My friend got his Crown home , had his "WTF" moment when
trying to find a compatible power cord. Of course none of the
local dealers has any, but it looks like one is coming via Amazon.

went back yesterday , found no audio or even clocks, but did get a pair of prototype Nike's.

One friend had a SINGLE Rogers LS3/5. Sold it to another shopper. Who donates just one speaker

Regarding the Crown amp: other bud got his power cord. Unit powers up, but has a fault (no code, of course).
He suspects a funny smelling transistor near the back, he he can fix.

Drug home a load of assorted stuff (2e calls "junk") today. Included was this handbill for a 1967 DOORS show at The Whisky A-Go-Go. Cannot find any repros on the web, hoping it is real , it is identical to this one ... ==>> https://www.lofty.com/products/whisk...-byrds-1-wkp9j

    $ 750.00 ( Sold Price )

Dating from May 1967, this handbill promoted The Doors and The Byrds at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California. The Byrds cancelled this series of shows, but The Doors shows are legendary. Two handbills were created for this show: the one offered in this lot (which matches the newspaper ads of the day). The other is crudely drawn and features photographs of the bands.
