    Hi John,

How do you like your 2407+horn compared to the 2403 you had before?

I am really happy with the 2407/horn combo. The performance is wonderful and I don't think I would switch back. It's a little hard to describe tweeters from 8k up as being smooth, but these have all the detail and twinkle but are a little less edgy.

    Thumbs up

How much eq did you add on top to get a flat response?

You really did a wonderful job. I keep drooling when looking at your productions (1200/900hz smith horns, H9800 and speaker, ...). This is all VERY impressive to say the least.

I checked the eq on the digital crossover. I have a passive network between the upper midrange horn and the tweeters. The original network was for a 2405. It looks like I had to raise these up about 6db to get them even to where these were, a slight rise of about 2 db from 8 to 12k then flat from there out.
