New member spamming in Private Messages. Anyone else get this?

We've reached a new low with a newly joined member sending spam related to his philosophy/beliefs through the LH Private Message feature. Did this hit anyone else? Anything that can be done about this leach?

We just went over to Time Warner in our area (Western New York) and I've been hit by 2 bugs in the last week!
NEVER had this problem with ADELPHIA.
Also, Time Warner can't seem to keep the digital audio feed in sync with the video. It makes watching TV very annoying.
