    I was noodling around on some Japanese sites and found these....thought I would share.

    Since I can't read the Jap text, I don't know if they are JBL, or another manufacturer...I would assume, since this method of tweeter placement is so popular there, and the fact that it says "JBL" on it, they are indeed produced for the asian market. Maybe someone else knows. They also had a version with the 435be tweeter....

    Did you find that on the Harman Japan site?? They look like the real thing to me. Nice!!

    I believe that they are the same drivers used in the 4344M. Harman Japan developed a mini version of the 4344MKII with non JBL drivers sourced from China. As far as I can tell, the driver than was meant to emulate the 2405 was later packaged as a super tweeter, which is illustrated in the subject photo above.
