They are available new from JBL Pro Parts....

Check out www.usspeaker.com under the hardware secton. Part G0790 is a speaker clamp....I purchased a whole bunch of these for my latest projects, and they work great (practically identical to the claps used on the Urei's for the coaxial drivers). At less than $2 each, they are a bargain!
