    Fender Twin Reverv Speakers???

Does anyone know what were the stock speakers that came with the vintage reverv amps. was it the D140F's @8ohms 15" speakers? (8ohms or 16ohms)
I saw one on that had the orange label and was marked fender. seller did not list what amp it would be for. I also saw some D 140f's but they did not say fender on them. these are the same speaker right? Do the D130f's come into play here at all. Lastly what is a fair price for these speakers today. Thank you everyone

    Krunchy,

Fender has been reincarnated so many times over the decades- the list of loaded drivers is varied. Some of the earliest ones utilized Jensens, with JBL D120F's becoming optional in later years. The story continues...

Rather than exhaust a complete history of Fender on these forums, I suggest you do a web search for the ocean of historical information readily available elsewhere. Values are determined by the "street"; study ebay completed auctions over a course of several weeks.

However, if you wish to know what drivers replace a specific year and model, I can assist you.

    cheers,
    Nate
