Question regarding JBL Dorian C56 Speakers

I have recently purchased a pair of JBL Dorian C56 speakers. Unfortunately, it came without a manual. I am seeking advice as to how to use the adjustment knob on the back of the speaker. Is it for mid-range, tweeter, or something else? What is the best (most satisfactory) setting (mid-way??) for this variable control?

It is for the high frequency, and there is no "best" setting, as that varies with the room.

Start with it in the middle, and then try listening at several settings for the response you like best....
