    Posting time not right?

I just posted a reply to an earlier thread of mine at 9 P.M. my time which is Central Time and the forum listed it as being posted at 8 P.M. Is there something wrong with the ticker here?

Same here, too! And the PM function is really slow. I'm waiting for the crash...

It's funny 2 different people are experiencing the same problem and it's also funny that the forum is showing that I posted my reply at 8P.M. instead of 9 P.M.. So much for our pc crashing!

Yeah - it was almost unusable our here in NorCal for a while last night. Only LansingHeritage, though - everything else was fine. It's back to normal this morning. I'm guessing some routing point we all had to go through was having problems...

I've not seen any problems . I did check when I saw this thread last night and again this morning. The current version of vBulletin does not seem as reliable as the last, however, Don had to upgrade due to a potential XSS exploit in the earlier versions.

I did notice last night when posting the xntpdc output (ntpd=network time protocol daemon) that the system time was correct. It almost has to be given the way timekeeping works. (Google ntp) vBulletin must have lost track of who was in what timezone.

Well maybe I need to check the Apache logs.

... logs OK - could be FP but that is Don's department

Yup, here too. Once a couple of days ago, as well.

Never a crash, I just assume it's bottlenecked somewhere. Page access gets slow, with an occasional "Page not found." I go do something else, and it's fine when I come back....

Not to harp over the same problem here but I just checked that reply that I did yesterday and it is still showing that I posted it at 8 P.M. instead of 9 P.M.Something is wrong somewhere. It seems the clock is malfunctioning.
