Boxes

I have 3 sets of JBL speakers I would like to get boxes for, some L96's, 4312's and 4425. I bought the L96 new, my roomate threw out my boxes....the others I bought on Ebay and the boxes they came in were crap. Most shipping places can get the right box, but they just want to fill it with peanuts. Does anybody have experience in getting custom foam made that would protect the speakers properly?

You can go to your local home improvement store and buy sheets of Styrofoam insulation, it makes good packing material. I like to get the kind that's lined with a thin sheet of plastic. Boxes are available made to order here. Check your yellow pages. Good packaging is not cheap though.
