    Where are you generally located?

    Hello all...

I think being somewhat anonymous is fine...and a given...on the internet...but how about everyone at least give your general global position. I'm in Southern California. It's cool to know what part of the earth we're communicating with and how Lansing Heritage fits in where you are. I don't mean you should to give your street address, but a country, state, city,etc..whatever you're comfy with. Any thoughts on this?

    Respectful thanks,

    Edgewound

I am in New York. So on the right coast! I sucks being on this side as lot's of the really nice stuff is local to you. Once in a while though we can get lucky.

I agree, of course. I'm always pleading with members to enable location display in their profiles. Just click "User CP," above, to do it.

Norway, Casablanca, Germany, Guadalajara, "Deep South," Singapore, Melbourne, Tokyo....

    This place be GLOBAL!

Sound like fun Scotty...I'd like to experience that sometime. I live 'bout 25 miles from Disneyland....but most of the food there sucks and is overpriced . But...when it comes to sound...the mouse has his s**t together.

    Zilch....

I spent many family trips going to Berkeley in my younger days...wow the late 1960's/early 70's were pretty wild....as my paternal grandparents lived on Delaware street just a few blocks from UC Berkeley....very cool and somewhat funky town...I still go by occasionally to see the old neighborhood when in the "real" Bay area. I have late relatives in the "Chapel of the Chimes"....very peaceful place.

Well, most of you will never know my home town in Germany, Wuerzburg.

But you should know Frankfurt and you should know Bavaria, right?

So I'm living 100km west of Frankfurt which is Northern Bavaria! But also keep in mind that the best beer comes not from Bavaria but from northern Germany.

    Columbus, Ohio

Ohio is known at the "Heart of it all" and I think if it's not here, it's not far from here.

But I have seen the best JBL deals do seem to be on the West cost though

I'm in San Antonio Texas. It's not exactly an audio mecca, but being an audio island of sorts has it's work arounds. We have audio meets about every two months rotating between San Antonio, Houston, Dallas/FortWorth, Austin and a few other small towns around. We are like moths to a flame, the audio light. If you're ever in the area (big tourist town - The Alamo, The River Walk, Sea World, Fiesta Texas...) feel free to drop me an email and see if you can stop by me casa for some audio geek speak.

By the way that gig above used Naxo arrays.
