    Just Stopping By **JBL 250ti**

Stumbled upon this forum and decided to join in I was told when i puchased my walnut JBL 250's in 10/82 for 1950.00 that they were an early pair (SN 10287 & 10423) In 1986 i purchased the ti upgrade kit for 510.00. I love these babies and they've traveled with me around the country..i won't ever give them up. I've had the foam surround replaced on the woofers twice and that's it. Currently they are being powered (and have been since 1993) by a pair of Bryston 7B monoblocks @ 500 watts @ 8 ohms. Needless to say they rock and i consider them the best audio purchase i've ever made and i've made quite a few! Photos will be posted if desired..So long for now.

You won't get anyone disagreeing with your opinion re. the 250Ti's here. Just do a search for 250Ti and see all the threads about them.

    Rock-on

I'm curious to know about the upgrade kit, what did it include?

I think the upgrade kit included 044Ti tweets, 104H mids and new x-overs.

    All that for $510 (1986) dollars....Yes Please

    Great!

I don't have 250ti's but I do have Bryston 7B St's and hope to keep them for a long long time.
