is anyone here who can tell me, where I can get the tandem volume poti with the loudness connects with 250kOhms log.
I need them for 2230 and 2265b.

That will be tuff to get. Marantz (who ever now owns the rights to the name) no longer stocks parts for the older Marantz equiptment. Try www.classic-audio.com, click on Links then try the "wanted to buy" link. That would most likely be your best bet.
Let me know how you did. I to own Marantz gear. Someday I will need parts too.
