L80T3 Woofer?

I have a pair of early 1990's L80T3 that the foam surrounds are falling apart. One woofer still plays but the other does not and when removed it had no resistance. Would a recone kit make them like new or should I replace with a similiar woofer? The 127H-1 is not available from JBL. Who would you send them to for repair?
