    Question Crown DC300, DC150 VFX 2A

Alright guys is there a significant gain to be had going from the 771 biamps to an electronic crossover like the crown VFX2A and driving the lows with a DC300 and the highs with a dc150?
I am leaning towards not going back to this but I have had good experience with steeper xover slopes and the 12db seems pretty mild to me.

    Thoughts?
    I am running the following
    Playstation (Gen I)
    Carver C-2 Preamp
    771 biamps
    Santiagos

9846's are being built for early Feb listening.

The VFX2a is 18 db if I am not wrong. Perfect for some applications, like adding a 2205 to systems.
