    L-100 foam Grill Covers

    Hi to all,
I joined the Lansing Heritage today!
In 1970 I bought two L-100's, they still bring
a smile to my old face.
    In 1973 I bought two more L-100's.
The grille material has crumbled and I can
    find no replacement.
Ideas are sought and looked for, I thank you,

    Musicman

    Look up member "Sonofagun".

He makes beautiful foam grilles for the L100.

    Smile Welcome musicman

My first JBLs were L100s purchased in 1970 in Toledo, Ohio. I still have them.

Sonofagun's grilles are good, but I think he's backed up. Be prepared to wait.
    Out.

Thanks to all for the advise concerning replacement grills for my four L-100's.
I am in pursuit of them and will advise as to the success.

I can supply plain/beveled front foam grilles much easier than the Quadrex and at about half the cost but I know everyone prefers the original look.

With some luck I might get my production problems solved sometime after the first of the year. Working every day to fix them!

Just want all of you to know that i received those blue quadrex foam grills
i had ordered from sonofagun and they are VERY impressive...
The quality of craftmanship is incredible and, overall, a great addition to
    a pair of "nude" Century's.
They really bring back the original look and are worth every penny!.
I am gluing them on the frames right now, and after, i will post pictures and,
    you'll be the juge.
    Thanks Sonofagun.
