    L 300 Wire posts

I just got a great deal on some high end speaker cables, terminated with silver spades. Before I take my 300's apart {recently changed the posts on my 15 yr old's Centurys, no problems-sound great} any advice on componets or problems associated with upgrading the old twist connecters on the Summits? Thanks! Don

    Hi Don.

No problem doing this. I have done it with my 4333A's. (The prof. ed of the L300) You might have to drill some bigger holes.

You will have less problems doing the internal wireing, as the L300 does not have the bi-amp svitch.

Change all cables inside to elements and pad. It's worth it! Best if you use the same cables as you use from your amp.

I used gold plated terminals/connectors. I have no experience with silver types.

    Rolf
