Reconing problems?

Hey folks,
People on a norwegian page say to avoid reconing bass units from JBL. They say that the reconed units are not glued good enough, and that it goes off from the surround foam... (dont know how to explain it properly in english).
Any of you that have heard the same?

If there is such a problem with some run of recone kits, JBL would likely replace them under warranty.

What does this "authority" suggest, throw out the drivers instead?

I was thinking the same thing, the original woofers and the recone woofers are the exact same thing, so why should one loose up and the other not? I did not get it...
