    L100 LX12-10 Crossover Rebuild

Finally got to a spare pair of x-overs I decided to rebuild and swap out for the originals (left intact for original parts). Turned out to be pretty straigtforward- lets hope the new L-pads stand the test of time.

While I had the drivers out decided to try the 1/2" grey acoustic foam insulation from PE and lined the whole cabinet. It made a marked improvement in the bass performance. I beefed up the 1/4 inch masonite with a 3x5 " piece of 1/4" plywood before I put the new posts in.

Now lets see how long it take to other side.....
