    LE14H-1 correct?

If it's LE14A or LE14C or something else, then it didn't come from a 250Ti.

There are few JBL drivers more comprehensively documented in these forums than the LE14 family. Perhaps the language barrier is making access difficult.

First, you need to determine what version you actually have, and it should say on them. 250Ti came with LE14H-1:

If you are wanting to make subwoofers using them, proceed directly to the bottom line via "Search," Citation 7.4.

Did someone sell you an LE14A and tell you it came from a 250Ti? If so, you were not told the truth.

The 250Ti (and L250) came with the LE14H-1.

Does your LE14* have a light, yellowish surround?
    Out.
