    Though it does amaze me how it can actually just move like that, and not fry instantly...

    Reading some comments of similar things, "Haha your shit sucks mine is louder then yours!", Ah so this is where car stereos are going...

    Back in the early '70s, Roger Russell, the designer of many of McIntosh's finest products had a neat trick;

    "A favorite demonstration of mine was to plug the ML-4 woofer section into the 120-volt wall outlet. This really captured the attention of visitors who questioned the power handling of the system, and it was also very loud...."

    Having blasted my ML-1Cs (the single-woofer version of the above-mentioned ML-4s) with insane LF levels for over 20 years, I have no doubt that he really did it. Wonder what he could have done with today's materials and adhesives......
