    JBL 2450J and BE diaphragm

    Help,
Can you fit 475BE diaphragm in a 2450J/H moteur?

Do you mean the 435Be? If so, no. The 475 and 2450 use 4" domes. The 2430, 2435, 435 drivers use 3" domes with either aluminum or berrylium diaphrams. You can obtain the 2430 for $249 direct from JBL. That is a great deal considering the 4" diaphrams alone cost no less than $150.

    2430 with 435BE dome???

    Tim G,

Yes you are right I meant the 435BE and yes as you wrote they are 3" dome and not 4" like the 2450J.

I was hoping to get a berillium diaphragm to try them in the 2450J.

I guess I will need to buy the 2430 and try to buy 3" berilium dome cna this be done???

    Regards,
