    Hi Robh3606,

It seems that most of the data are there EXCEPT the "ducts dimensions", so the box tuning is is not defined.

    regards

    Hi Allanvh5150,

It would more HELPFUL if You can point to the post where 4355 the duct length is defined.

    Hi Allanvh5150,

Many thanks for the data You have shown to us.
May it would be good that such figure would be put with the other 4355 plan data.

Since I can't find it in those beautiful drawings: Side panels, top and bottom are 1" thick, correct?

I built mine some 20 years ago, in an entirely different vertical enclosure, the crossovers are stock 3107’s. I do not know or understand much about charged crossovers but if they offer any audible quality improvement then I am willing to try a pair on my DIY 4350’s as well.

That's very kind and helps a lot, but we need one more number to calculate the dimensions of the shorter piece of the tube.

The drawing is to scale. Print it out and do some measurements.

Is there any possibility that he still has some of the fabricated tubes left ? I know this is an old thread. Thanks, Jay

    Port dimensions in DIY cabinet

Even if you build with drawings of orignal cabinet there will be slight variations in volume. For exact tuning, you need to make measurements after everything is installed.
The drawing posted above can be used as a good start, make one of the legs longer than the drawing so it can be cut to the appropriate length.
There is a lot of info for tuning on the web

Be happy you chose 4355, in 4350 you have 6 tubes to work with.
