"Forum Tools" dropdown no longer shows a dropdown submenu
(at least for me, today)... just puts you at the bottom of the current
page. Using current Firefox and fully updated WinXP (at the moment).
I've not gone hunting for other issues or tried other OS or browsers.

Edit: Netscape 8.1 and IE6+ appear to not have this issue.
