Looks like a proto type of L65.
Anybody else have a sugesstion?
As You can see, it says "...com.br", internet was not used at the times of the L65, I would say it is a Brazilian knock off, also the brand.

Looks like a real 075 or a good physical copy of one and everything else is a rather poor attempt. Nice rip-off of the logo plate too!

Heh, that woofer looks uncannily familiar... to the Pioneer HPM900 12" woofer, that I had to recone with a paper cone (poly graphite cone shattered, as they tend to do).
However, THOSE woofers have never left the shop, since then...
In any case, that really looks like a copy of a Pioneer HPM series woofer (at least the basket), with a Norelco/Philips clone midrange, and a clone of an 075 for a tweeter. Could sound great, I guess... or it could be a trainwreck, who can know for sure...
