There are still problems with the navagation bars and links. They should be fixed by this evening.
The website will have to remain in its semi-broken state for at least the next few days. Ann and John have been a great help in trying to diagnose the problem and we continue to look for a solution. I have a work around that will allow me to manually fix the broken navigation bars that I can use as a last resort. However, applying it now is counterproductive as every publishing attempt that I make in trying to isolate the problem breaks the navigation structure once again.
The site remains usable in its current state. To determine the function of each of the blacked out navigation buttons, just hold your mouse over the button and a popup will open containing the label.
