    I'm Back - 250TI SE

Hey everyone, Sorry I've been gone a while but I've been tied up with work. On my last visit we discussed my "new" 250TI SE I purchased from Audiogon and was having trouble with the hign end response being way too hot. My speakers were in "mint" stored condition except for the woofer surrounds. They were fully intact but crumbled if you touched them. Well I've done some equipment changes, a fair amount of room conditioning AND I have temporarily replaced the LE14-1 woofers with a pair of LE14-1 woofers that were reconed by JBL with LE14A cones. I got them off ebay and they are flawless. Don't know how much the repsonse is different now, but one thing I can say is I'm very close to heaven with these speakers. I don't think I'll ever let them get away! Can anyone tell me how the LE14A coned LE14-1's are changing the sound of my 250's? Thanks
