TOOOBS are high in distortion with flabby bass. Perfect for rock and roll.

Congratulations, SUPERBEE. Enjoy that splendid depth and resolution!

Good tube equipment seems to be one of those subjects where for those who understand no explanation is necessary, and for those who don't no explanation is possible.

    Talking Hoo-rah!

Always a good laugh, especially when the mystery of faith is applied. You believe because you just know, and if you have to have it explained to you, then you're incapable of just knowing, and you'll never get it.

I simply call my affection for the sound of JFET input MOSFET output SS amps a personal preference and leave it at that. If you like it too, then hey that's great, and if you don't, then hey you have a different personal preference.

Still, I love it when the voodoo starts dancin': SS is better this; tubes are better that.

Now, where's that one way Monster Cable® and those Mpingo Discs? ( http://www.shunmook.com/text1.htm )

    No voodoo needed.....

For me its a simple fact. In every application I have ever heard the 2 side by side, Tube amps always sound better...........WAY better.

As far as what others like or want to hear...........Knock yourself out!
