I am surprised at the number of versions of 4312, including an apparent "roadworthy" one....

My mouth was watering over that range of JBL loudspeakers most of them have professional grade components, must say I did like the “JBL B460” yeah I’d like to have two of them in the home cinema, but my trusty ole JBL 4645 is still able to do what it’s designed for, but I’d still like to own two JBL B460, WOW.

Yes, they have a lot of nice JBL stuff in Japan..
But actually, quite a lot of it happen to be up here in north also.
    Norway, Sweden, Denmark...
As I have said before, within 25 minutes drive from my home, there is said to be 11 paragons! And you should see this place I live, it is no big city. it is countryside!

But without the continuous support of the Japanese customers a lot of the newer models never have made it into production.

    Dammit Giskard!

Do you have some more info about this speaker.
Ya know, we are all crazy to hear anything about speakers we can't afford or even get

That's pretty much why I don't bother with the info. Very few, if any, on this forum will ever see or hear those.

Make your way to Akihabra in Tokyo and you'll find these small shops under the train tracks that have the most wonderful JBL products you can imagine but not buy here. In Osaka walk three blocks from the bullet train station and there are stereo shops with setups that look like Giskards avatar.

I regret not buying an Asian model when i lived there. I mistakenly assumed they were offered in the US and could buy when i got back.
