HELP- LE15B, 375 w. H93, 075, N7000, LX5 STUDIO MONITOR

Hello, my Name is Tom from Germany and this is my first Post. In the Past i have many JBL Studio Monitors like 4333A, 4341, 4343, 4345, 4350, 4355, 4430, 4435 and others. I like all the JBL Stuff and know many Speakers.

But now i have found a pair of Studio Monitors where i dont know.
I have buy yesterday and inside is LE 15B, 375 with H93, 075, X-overs N7000 and LX5. They are include Grills whit the plate Studio Monitor.
But this Drivers are from the Home Series not from a Studio Monitor.
So i dont know this Model. First i think it is the first 4333 but they have the Speakers from the prof. Serie and the 2405 and not a 2402 (075). The Enclosure is a 4502. I have take a Pic.

Maybe one of you know this Model and can tell me the Number of this Monitor. And what is this Model worth? Maybe i sell but dont know for which price.

I'm fixing up a pair of 4320 Control Monitors that I bought Feb 2006 -
they look very much like the system you asked about, although mine didn't have grills ...

It looks like your boxes are similar to the 4505WX walnut enclosures that mine have - but your systems may have been assembled by a previous buyer, instead of being bought as a complete Pro system from JBL.

I've been writing an ongoing thread about refurbishing them here:

I modified mine by adding the 2405 slot tweeter, building a new 3 way crossover network (to replace the pro 3110 2-way network it came with), and putting the dual controls (and fake foilcal) onto the baffleboard.

My plan was to make them into an L300 style system using the parts I had - and with the newly installed crossovers they do sound great.

Hi Tom, welcome. Nice score!!! I think Heather is right on with her model #'s. Don't let the home version drivers scare you away. They are identical to the pros in performance and worth much more money. Those 375's are righteous drivers and worth a couple grand all by themselves. Put them on a pair of Smith horns (model 2397) and you'll think you died and went to heaven! Congratulations

Thanks for replay. One more Question. Is the 375 same as the 2440 or 2441?

375 and 2440 were equivalents and used the same "rolled" surround diaphragm. 2441 is the same driver as 375/2440 but with a "diamond" pattern surround diaphragm designed for higher frequency extension. All 3 versions are extraordinary! You can find an abundance of information on them through the site Library link at the top of each page.

And 376 = 2441 for those who ever run across a pair. I think they were pretty much limited to final runs of Paragons. They were also available from the Loudspeaker Component Series which is how I acquired a pair.
