    What height for 4333a stands?

I am looking for opinions/ideas on the best height for my 4333a's? The room is carpeted and is approx. 14' x 22'. Am I better off by going to spikes on a small platform? Any pics or input would be great .

    Stands

Here's an idea. Serves to get the mid and tweet up into the listening area. Built to bolt in to the factory supplied mounting eye-bolt holes so that cabinet alteration is not necessary. Adjust height to your desires.

I would suggest you need to get the MF and HF to your ear level. Of course that will depend on the height of your chair. I ended up raising my S22-2 mids and tweets to about 35" above the floor.

I would also try to get the 2405 and the midrange horn at ear level as well. I built short wheeled stands for my 4344 clones. It worked out well as they are easy to move around on the stands.
