    Kevin:

You could also go to a JBL home dealer and listen to the S312II and S412II, with or w/out a S120 sub, You might like them and buy em off eBay for a lot

    Who has heard them? Impressions?

Wow! Can you belive the cost on that! Sad part is you still have to go through it in the next couple of years to replace degrading caps and resistors!

    WOW!

Holy cardboard, Batman!! Another $700 worth of original JBL packing material!!

I'm waiting for the day when we see an item described as "guaranteed to be DOA, but I do have the original packing material. Bidding starts at $500."

    yes and no

    kevinhero:

An SA600 is an outstanding solid state integrated amp with quality that (one could argue) is as good as a tube amp. Ebay prices are $300 (noted problems, needs work) on up depending on condition.

Trust me when I say having the original box pictured added a tremendous amount of money to the final price $1478 (at least $500). I don't know if anyone else noticed.... all bidders (with the exception of the opening bid, what a cheapskate ) were from Japan.

It will probably fly. If not, there's a bunch over $1k that will get "second chance" offers.

If you click the "bid history" link on the auction page, It will supply you with a list of all bidders (and how much their bid was) on that item. If you click the "feedback" number next to the "Ebay user" name, it will go to a page that includes an "Ebay ID" card. Part of the "ID" card lists where the bidder lives.

All bids over $50 originated in Japan for the SA600. There was a retraction from South Korea.

Checking where bids come from is just another classic waste of time on my part!!

Enjoy the 4313B's you're getting from Audiobeer!
