Preamplifier with 4 channels or more

I'm currently using 2 stereo amplifiers in a 4.0 surround sound system. The sound is fine, but it is a nuisance to adjust the volume seperately on 2 stereo amplifiers.

Any suggestions for a preamplifier with at least 4 channels, solely for the purpose of adjusting the volume?

    "Y" cables

These are cheap and unless you need a true surround processor then you can do it on the cheep. Otherwise you can spend from about $600 on a surround receiver to what ever your wallet can handle
    Always fun learning more.......

    Multichannel - Pre amp

Audio Research makes a unit that can accomodate up to 6 channels at one time. This is a current piece, and it is a bit on the expensive side at $6,995 MSRP, especially considering that it is all transistor driven.

    Check out the following link...http://www.arcdb.ws/MP1/MP1.html

You may want to look for an older Marantz quad pre-amp.
