As you might well imagine, producing the L100 Quadrex grilles is quite painstaking and tiresome after making so many. So I got away from making them for so long I forgot some of the techniques to...
A nice sculptured custom grille on that cabinet front would be a great finishing touch! :bouncy:
Stone age? Actually, I have found that companies today I have approached have failed miserably at reproducing L100 Quadrex grilles even though they have cnc machines costing many thousands of $$!!!
put it on Craigslist asking $1500 or best. Let us know what happens!
Have your students search "foam fabricating/ion for lots of info - also much is on youtube. I don't have all the answers myself.
