I have a pair of Lancer 77s in real nice condition but the surrounds are hard.
These appear to be the late version (1971).
Due to the fact i have not been able to hear them properly with the hard...

If i go from an 8 ohm woofer to a 4 ohm woofer in an 8 ohm cabinet will it workout ok?
Curious because i have an extra set of drivers that i would have to modify the cabinet in order to place them...

These are very underated, i have them teamed up with a Sansui AU9500 and listening to the radio through a Sansui TU 9900 and WOW!!

I want to swap out the woofers on these, am happy with the mids/highs but the drivers i do not care for.
Any ideas on a good replacement driver for the L80T box?
