These things hate passive networks at the best of times. Go active and run it with a chip amp.

A better rule of thumb would be to drive a sub with 2 - 3 times its rated RMS power. I have always done this and never popped a sub woofer.

A 6 ohm load would be perfectly ok.

Hi,
I don't because my TV is connected to a server. However, most smart TV's can connect an external hard drive via a USB connector.

Take the diaphragm out and use your finger. It works well with all that style of driver.

They look to be for the 2405.

The PR15 is a passive radiator, not the mid. The L222 has an Le5 variant placed behind the lens.

That combination was quite common for foldback in the '70's and '80's. Judging by the silver ring on the HF driver I would say the are 2301's.

I have been using a Mac mini in the same way for quite a few years now. The only difference in my system is that the Mac mini connects wirelessly to an Apple TV and then via optical cable to my main...
FYI, the L150 used a 128, not an Le14. Both the L150 and the L222 used a "dog box" though.

So you wouldn't suspect a typo there?

Although the 2235 cone fits in an E140 frame, the combination is a long way from being a 2235. The E140 magnet is quite a lot bigger for starters, 7/8" thick compared to 3/4" for the 2235. 2225 frame...
Yes indeed. It is that simple.

Looks pretty much like an SM565D with no label.

It seems rather odd that none of the musical "experts" here have never heard a minor third interval before. It is used in most forms of music and has been for quite a bit longer than I can remember....
Most amplifiers are not bridgeable unless they are built for it, regardless if you feed one side an inverted input. Bridge mode increase the voltage to the load by a factor of two and consequently...
Probably. A 9.5 cu ft cabinet would be better tuned to 25 or 30 hz. I am not sure why anyone would try to tube a cabinet to 290hz.

"possible 128h replacement"
I would say they are modified L150 crossovers. The L150A's used different component values.

I can never understand why one would not bypass any larger value capacitor. It makes good sense as it has the effect to cancel
the capacitors inductance.

Eons are great and always sound pretty good. Easy to set up too.

I think the 129H performs exactly the same as the 128 but they are black on the front and white on the back.
