Room treatments are nice, but for the average Joe Bag-o-Donuts like me, that won't be happening.
I just picked up a set of L3 advertised on Minneapolis' Craigslist. I paid...
Midwest Speaker in St. Paul Minnesota has a kit for that application as well. I think they use a butyl rubber kit.
Here is one on eBay.

:jawdrop:So nice. Do want. :applaud:Outstanding work and dedication, as usual. Thank you for sharing.
So...I just picked up a set of L7, set them in place of some L96 as the main right and left in the living room "home theater".

Beautiful work.:applaud:
Maybe...find a local cabinet maker to match the volume and port size in a shape you seek? Then swap everything over. Keeping the stock cabs for posterity...
Wow, a very kind gesture; and an option I may exercise.
I've loved trains and model railroads since I was a kid (grandpa had a nice set up in his attic that we would play with for hours).
Any reccomendations for dinner are welcome. As well as simple sights to see and/or walk around.
I'm unsure what free time I will have as I will be executing three Quality Management Systems...
I'll be in Rancho Cucamonga, Temecula and Santa Anna next week on business.
Any advice from those in the area on what to visit during my off hours?
I think that is pretty damn cool...
Looks like a good project.
Tweeters and mids can be had on eBay with patience, luck and (unfortunately) the will to over pay sometimes.
Several fix up projects are in the archives here is a...
