    Just replace the caps.

    The electrolytic caps will go bad over time and should he replaced. If the L pad is "scratchy" or has bad spots replace it. The inductors are fine. the resistors should be OK as they are wire wound.

    The inductor has a tap on it, JBL used this inductor as an auto transformer to lower the signal to the mid range driver. I'm not sure why they did this, maybe so they wound be dissipating less power...
