Can anyone tell me what kind of glue to use to replace a paper dust cap?

I have a set of l112s that have been reconed the dust cap on woofer came off.How do I reattach it? Will it hurt to play speakers until I reattach it? What kind of glue do I use?

Does having speakers reconed decrease their value? I wanting to buy some l100s that have been reconed.

I am wanting to up grade my system. I would either like to buy some l100 or l112s. I know a little about the l100s but not much about the l112s.

My receiver does have a subwoofer output. I also have another receiver so maby I can use it
